To get unbanned, you must reset all three.
Step 1: Completely Purge Your Browser Data
Before changing your IP, you must delete every trace of OmeTV from your browser’s memory. If you skip this, their tracking cookies will immediately flag your new IP as belonging to a banned user, instantly banning your new connection.
